What shocked me?
Electricity is the only thing that seems to consistently shock me. In terms of non-electrical shocks, I am not sure what my answer would be.

What gadgets did I use
today in the last twenty-four hours?
My phone, a microwave, a crockpot, a scraper, a car, an alarm, a pedometer, a knife, a fork, a spoon… a bed… OK, so I guess my question is; when don’t we use a gadget?
“The most important thing about a technology is how it changes people.”

What are the achievements I am most proud of…

“Someone who cannot abandon everything cannot achieve anything.”
~ Hajime Isayama

today in the last 24 hours.
I wish I had these things with me right now:
- The perfect spawn
- a bowl of soup
- a fireplace
- a good book
- a bed to snuggle into

Oh, I dunno. The on ethat gets me in the most trouble is impulsiveness… but that is the one that brings me the most joy too.
“These virtues are formed in man by his doing the actions … The good of man is a working of the soul in the way of excellence in a complete life.”

Do I love my job…
In the age of the grand Dooce tale of blogging and employment and similar events. I am not going to be writing about my job in this space.
“Being a writer is a very peculiar sort of a job: it’s always you versus a blank sheet of paper (or a blank screen) and quite often the blank piece of paper wins.”
