I need to lose weight
I need to exercise
I need to eat better

My weight is not outside of something I find acceptable,
I am not gaining weight, and try to walk more… especially when I am feeling good (not recovering from surgery or with a dreadful cold/flu)
I eat a variety, though I love red meat and don’t hesitate from eating it often.
as I reflect on those, I see that I am fed, something so many people in our world are unable to properly claim.
